The most amazing event in this country probably since WW2 in the Labour Party has happened: a political earthquake.
This branch's very own member and favourite son, Jeremy Corbyn, MP for Islington North, is the new leader of the British Labour Party.
Congratulations to Jeremy on his remarkable win, and to all those who organisied his campaign: especially the 16,000 volunteers and Kat Fletcher, among many others.
There will be loads of stuff on the blog in the next few days about what this means for us and a new copy of the newsletter will be out this coming week with more features on this success.
